SPECIAL WINDOW FOR RE-LODGEMENT OF TRANSFER REQUESTS OF PHYSICAL SHARES
In furtherance to newspaper advertisement(s) published by the Company on 23" July, 2025 and 20" September, 2025 respectively, Shareholders are once again informed that in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025, a Special Window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer deeds. which were lodged prior to the deadline of 1" April, 2019 and rejected/ returned/not attended due to deficiency in the documents/process or otherwise. The re-lodgement window shall remain open till 6" January, 2026.
During this period, the securities that are re-lodged for transfer (including those requests that are pending with the Company/RTA, as on date) shall be issued only in demat mode. Due process shall be followed for such transfer-cum-demat requests.
Shareholders who have missed the earlier deadline of 31" March, 2021 are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity by furnishing the necessary documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ('RTA'), i.e. MUFG Intime India Pvt. - The above Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on Friday, November 14, 2025 and Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a "Limited Review" of the same.
- Based on the "management approach" as defined in Ind AS-108-Operating Segments, the Company operates in one segment i.e. Dyestuff, Organic Pigments and Organic Intermediates. Hence, disclosure of segment wise information is not applicable.
- The Holding Company had issued and allotted on 08-04-2025, 44,37,291 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each, for cash at a price of ₹46.00 per share (including a share premium of ₹36.00 per equity share), on a Rights basis to eligible equity shareholders.*Consequent to the Rights Issue, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) has been adjusted and calculated in accordance with Ind AS 33 – "Earnings Per Share", which requires retrospective adjustment of the EPS for all periods presented to reflect the bonus element embedded in the rights issue, if any.
- Previous periods' figures have been regrouped /rearranged wherever considered necessary to confirm to the presentation of the current period. All the figures of financial results have been rounded off to nearest Lakh rupees.

- Based on the "management approach" as defined in Ind AS-108-Operating Segments, the Company operates in one segment i.e. Dyestuff, Organic Pigments and Organic Intermediates. Hence, disclosure of segment wise information is not applicable.
- The Holding Company had issued and allotted on 08-04-2025, 44,37,291 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each, for cash at a price of ₹46.00 per share (including a share premium of ₹36.00 per equity share), on a Rights basis to eligible equity shareholders.*Consequent to the Rights Issue, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) has been adjusted and calculated in accordance with Ind AS 33 – "Earnings Per Share", which requires retrospective adjustment of the EPS for all periods presented to reflect the bonus element embedded in the rights issue, if any.

ક�કરમુંડા: ક�કરમુંડાની ગંગથા પ્રાથિમક શાળામાં વષ� સુધી િશક્ષણ ક્ષેત્રે સેવા આપનાર િશક્ષક અબ્દુલ કરીમભાઈનો િવદાય સન્માન સમાર�ભ યો�યો હતો. કાયર્ક્રમ દરિમયાન શાળાના િશક્ષકો, િવદ્યાથ�ઓ, ગ્રામજનો તેમજ િશક્ષણ િવભાગના અિધકારીઓ ઉપ�સ્થત રહ્યા હતા. િવદાય પ્રસંગે અબ્દુલ કરીમભાઈએ જણાવ્યું ક�, િશક્ષણ એ સમાજને ઉજ્જવળ ભિવષ્ય તરફ દોરી જતું સૌથી શિક્તશાળી સાધન છ�. મ� હ�મેશાં િવદ્યાથ�ઓમાં સંસ્કાર, ઞ્જાન અને માનવતાનું સંવધર્ન કરવા પ્રયત્ન કય� છ�. કાયર્ક્રમમાં િવદ્યાથ�ઓ દ્વારા �દયસ્પશ� ગીતો, કાવ્યો અને સંસ્મરણો રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં, જેમાં તેમણે પોતાના િપ્રય િશક્ષક પ્રત્યેનો સ્નેહ અને આદર વ્યક્ત કય� હતો.

પલસાણા: પલસાણાના એના ગામના ગો�ટયા ફિળયામાં રહેતા ખેડ�ત િવજયભાઈ ભીખુભાઈ હળપિતના ખેતરમાં છ�લ્લા ક�ટલાક સમયથી નવ મિહનાના �ણ દીપડાના બચ્ચાં આવીને મરઘાંનો િશકાર કરી રહ્યા હતા. ગત રા�ે મરઘાંના િશકાર માટ� આવેલ દીપડાનું બચ્ચું પાંજરામાં ક�દ થયું હતું.
પલસાણાના એના ગામે રહેતા િવજયભાઈ ભીખુભાઈ હળપિત ખેતીની સાથે સાથે મરઘાં પાલનનો વ્યવસાય કરે છ�. છ�લ્લા ક�ટલાક સમયથી િવજય ભાઈને ત્યાંથી દીપડાનાં �ણેક બચ્ચાં અવારનવાર આવી મરઘાંનો િશકાર કરી જતાં હતા. આથી તેમણે આ અંગે '��ન્ડ્સ ઓફ એિનમલ્સ વેલફ�ર �સ્ટ'ના સભ્ય પીયૂષભાઈ હળપિતને જાણ કરી હતી. પીયૂષભાઈએ ટીમના �મુખ જતીન રાઠોડને માિહતી આપતાં તેમણે સામાિજક વનીકરણ રેન્જના RFO સુધાબેન ચૌધરીનો સંપક� કય� હતો. વન િવભાગ અને �સ્ટની ટીમે મળીને
ગો�ટયા ફિળયામાં મારણ સાથે પાંજરું ગોઠવ્યું હતું. બે િદવસથી દીપડાઓ રા�ે 8 વાગ્યાની આસપાસ પાંજરાની નજીક આવતા હતા, જેનો િવડીયો પણ િવજયભાઈએ ઉતાય� હતો. ગુરુવારે બપોરે જતીન રાઠોડ, �કરણ રાઠોડ, પીયૂષભાઈ અને સુનીલભાઈ રાવલે સ્થળની મુલાકાત લઈ પાંજરાને વ્યવ�સ્થત
ગોઠવી મારણ મૂક્યું હતું. રા�ે લગભગ 8:30 વાગ્યાની આસપાસ મરઘાં ખાવાની લાલચે નવ મિહનાનું એક દીપડાનું બચ્ચું પાંજરે પુરાયું હતું. જેની જાણ થતાં આસપાસનાં ગામોમાંથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો તેને જોવા ઊમટી પ�ા હતા. વન િવભાગે દીપડાના બચ્ચાનો કબજો લઈ તેને સામાિજક વનીકરણ રેન્જ
ઓ�ફસ પર ખસે�ો હતો. િવજયભાઈએ જણાવ્યું હતું ક�, દીપડાનું બચ્ચું પાંજરે પુરાયું ત્યારે અન્ય દીપડા શેરડીના ખેતર તરફથી જોરદાર અવાજ કરી રહ્યા હતા, પરંતુ લોકોનું ટોળ�� થતાં તે પલાયન થઈ ગયા હતા. અન્ય દીપડાઓને પકડવા માટ� તેમણે બીજું પાંજરું મૂકવા માટ�
ઉમરપાડાના ગુંડીક�વા ગામે કદાવર દીપડો પાંજરે પુરાયો
વાંકલ: ઉમરપાડાના ગુંડીક�વા ગામે ક�ટલાક �દવસોથી દીપડો ગુલાબભાઈ હીરાભાઈના ખેતરના વાડામાં આવતો હતો. આ અંગેની ફ�રયાદ આર.એફ.ઓ. િહર�ન પટ�લને આપી હતી, જેને પગલે વન િવભાગની ટીમ દ્વારા છ�લ્લા ચાર �દવસથી પાંજ�ં ગોઠવાયું હતું. ગુ�વાર� રાત્રે નવ વાગ્યાની આસપાસ મારણ ખાવાની લ્હાયમાં ચાર વષર્નો કદાવર દીપડો પાંજર� પુરાયો હતો. આ દીપડાને �વા લોકો ઊમટી પડ્યા હતા. વન િવભાગે દીપડાનો કબ્� લઈ ઝંખવાવ ર�સ્ક્યુ સેન્ટર ખાતે મોકલ્યો હતો. દીપડાને ગાઢ જંગલ િવસ્તારમાં છોડી દ�વામાં આવશે.

બારડોલી: ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સહકારી સંઘ અમદાવાદ �ારા 2024-25નાં વષર્માં સુરત/તાપી િજલ્લામાં ઉત્તમ કામગીરી કરનાર શરાફી િધરાણ મંડળીઓમાં �ેષ્ઠ કામગીરી અંગે િશલ્ડ હ�રફાઇ યોજાઈ હતી. જેમાં બારડોલી જનતા કો-ઓ.���ડટ સોસાયટીને િ�તીય �મ �ાપ્ત થયો છ�. સુરત િજલ્લા સહકારી સંઘ �ારા આયોિજત તા.14-11-2025નાં રોજ 72મા અિખલ ભારત સહકાર સપ્તાહ કાયર્�મમાં સંસ્થાનાં �મુખ િનરંજન માનાજી િમસ્�ી, ઉપ�મુખ મિનષભાઇ પટ�લ, �ડરેક્ટર મહેન્�િસંહ ચૌહાણ, આનંદભાઇ ટ�લર, િવમલ પટ�લ, રિમત શાહ અને મેનેજર િદનેશચં� �જાપિતને સુરત િજલ્લા સહકારી સંઘનાં અધ્યક્ષ ભીખાભાઇ ઝ. પટ�લ �ારા આકષર્ક િશલ્ડ અને �શ�સ્તપ�થી પુરસ્ક�ત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
દાદા ભગવાન મંિદરના અિતિથ �હના રૂમમાં યુવાનનો આપઘાત
મહારા�ના યુવાને િચઠ્ઠી લખી ફાંસો ખાઈ લીધો
કામરેજ: દાદા ભગવાન મંિદરની અંદર આવેલા રૂમમાં મહારાષ્�ના યુવાને મરાઠીમાં િચ�ી લખી ફાંસો ખાઈ આપઘાત
કરી લીધો હતો. મૂળ મહારાષ્�ના અહમદનગરના સંગમનગરના િશવાજીનગર ગલી નં.3માં રહેતા અને મહારાષ્�ના પુણેની એ�ીકલ્ચર દવા બનાવતી ક�પની મન્ચયા માક��ટ�ગમાં નોકરી કરતો આમોલ પાંડ�રાગ જાદવ
(�.વ.38) ગત તા.3 નવેમ્બરે પુણેથી કામરેજના નવાગામ ખાતે બંસીધર ગેસ્ટ હાઉસમાં રહી ક�પનીની દવાનું માક��ટ�ગ
કરતો હતો. ચાર િદવસ અગાઉ નવા ગામની સામે આવેલા દાદા ભગવાન મંિદર પ�રસરમાં આવેલા અિતથી ભવનમાં �ીજા માળ પર બી-401 રૂમમાં રહેતો હતો અને ગોલ્ડન પ્લાઝામાં આવેલી એ�ીકલ્ચરની
દુકાનમાં સવારે આવી માક��ટ�ગનું કામ કરતો હતો.
શુ�વારે સવારે દુકાન પર ન આવતાં દુકાન પર કામ કરતા જગદીશે ફોન કરતાં ફોન પણ �રસીવ કય� ન હતો.
આખરે દાદા ભગવાન મંિદરના પ�રસરમાં જઈ રૂમનો દરવાજો વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છ�. વધુમાં આમોલના બે વાર છ�ટાછ�ડા પણ થયા હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છ�.
ચોરિ�ય શાળા: િવરપોરની શાળામાં સાતમીવાર ચોરી
લેપટોપ તથા અન્ય વસ્તુ મળી તસ્કરો �.22 હ�રની ચોરી કરી ગયા
પણ િવનંતી કરી છ�. ક�ન્સરની બીમારીથી પીડાતા યુવકનું સારવાર દરિમયાન મોત
માંડવી: અર�ઠ તાલુકાના િવરપોર ગામે સરકારી માધ્યિમક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યિમક શાળામાં રાિત્ર દરિમયાન મિહલા સ્ટાફ ઓ�ફસની બારીની ગ્રીલના બે સિળયા કાપી તસ્કરો અંદર પ્રવેશ્યા હતા. આ બનાવમાં કબાટમાં મૂક�લું લેપટોપ �ક�.�.20 હ�ર તથા હ�ન્ડ માઈક �.2 હ�ર અને સીસીટીવી ક�મેરા ઉપર કપડું બાંધી, ડીવીઆર વાયર કાપી ટ�બલમાં મૂક�લા કાગળોને વેરિવખેર કરી �.22 હ�રની ચોરી કરી ઈસમો ભાગી છૂટ્યા હતા. આ બાબતે તડક�શ્વર
ઓપીમાં �ણ કરતાં પોલીસે સ્થળ પર પહ�ચી ચોરીનો ગુનો ન�ધી આગળની પ્ર�કયા હાથ ધરી હતી.
અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છ� ક�, આ શાળામાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં સાતમી વખત ચોરી થઈ છ�. જેના પગલે િશક્ષકો માટ� િચંતાનો િવષય બન્યો છ�.

ઉભદ ગામમાં
દીપડો પાંજરે પુરાયો ક�કરમુંડા: ક�કરમુંડાના ઉભદ ગામના લ�મણભાઈ ઠાકર�ના ઘર પાસે દીપડો દ�ખાતાં ગ્રામજનોમાં ભયનું વાતાવરણ ફ�લાયું હતું. ઘટનાની �ણ થતાં જ વનિવભાગની ટીમે સ્થળ પર પહ�ચી પાંજ�ં ગોઠવ્યું હતું. ગતરોજ વહ�લી સવાર� દીપડો પાંજરામાં પુરાતાં ગ્રામજનોને રાહત થઈ હતી. વનિવભાગ દ્વારા દીપડાને સુરિક્ષત સ્થળ� ખસેડવાની પ્રિક્રયા હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છ�. ગ્રામજનો જણાવી રહ્યા છ� ક� હજુ પણ એમના ગામની આસપાસ ઘણા દીપડા આંટાફ�રા માર� છ�. જેને પકડવા વન િવભાગ દ્વારા તાત્કાિલક પગલાં લેવા
�ઈએ.
પાલોદ નજીક નહેરમાંથી લાશ મળી
હથોડા: પાલોદમાં નહેરમાંથી 35 વષર્ના અજાણ્યાની લાશ મળી આવી હતી. આથી લોકોએ પાલોદ પોલીસને જાણ કરતાં પોલીસે લાશ બહાર કાઢી તપાસ હાથ ધરી છ�. મરણ જનાર યુવાન નહેરના ઉપરવાસમાં પાણીમાં ડ�બી જવાથી મોત થયું હશે તેવી પોલીસે હાલ શંકા વ્યક્ત કરીને આક�સ્મક મોતની નોંધ કરી છ�. પાલોદ પોલીસ ચોકીના પી.એસ. આઇ પરા�મિસંહ કછવાહાએ વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છ�.
જોળવામાં પાક� કરેલી કારમાંથી દારૂ મળ્યો
પલસાણા: પલસાણા પોલીસને ખાનગી રાહ� બાતમી મળી હતી ક�, �ળવા ગામે હનુમાન ફિળયા ન�ક આવેલી શિક્ત ઈન્ડ�સ્ટ્રઝમાં એક સફ�દ ર�ગની મા�િત સુઝુક� ક�પનીની અ�ટર્ગા કાર નં.(�જે 15 સીએમ 2627)માં િવદ�શી દા�નો જથ્થો ભરીને પાક� કરી છ�. આ બાતમીના આધાર� પોલીસે સ્થળ પર પહ�ચી કારની તલાસી લેતાં અંદરથી 1200 બોટલ િવદ�શી દા� મળી આવ્યો હતો. જેની ક�લ �ક�. �.2.70 લાખ થાય છ�. પોલીસે પાંચ લાખની કાર સિહત ક�લ 7.70 લાખનો મુદ્દામાલ કબજે કરી કાર ચાલકને વોન્ટ�ડ �હ�ર કય� છ�.
ખખડાવતાં તે પણ ન ખોલતાં રૂમની વે�લ્ટનેશનની બારીમાંથી જોતાં આમોલે ફાસો ખાઈ લીધો હોવાનું જોવા મળ્યું હતું. આથી ભરૂચ: અંકલે�ર-વાિલયા
તુરંત કામરેજ પોલીસને જાણ કરતાં બીટ જમાદાર ઝવેરભાઈ દોડી આવ્યા હતા. તપાસ કરતાં યુવાને બેડની ચાદર લોખંડની હૂક સાથે બાંધી ફાંસો ખાઈ આપઘાત કરી લીધો હતો. બેડ પરથી મરાઠી ભાષામાં લખેલી એક િચ�ી પણ પોલીસને મળી આવી હતી, જેમાં કોઈ મિહલાના �ાસથી આ પગલું ભયુ� હોવાનું લખ્યું હતું. આ અંગે કામરેજ પોલીસે અકસ્માત મોત નોંધી વચ્ચે ગત તા.13મીએ રા�ે િવિચ� અકસ્માત સજાર્યો હતો. એક કાર ચાલક વાિલયાથી અંકલે�ર તરફ આવી રહ્યો હતો. દરિમયાન કોંઢ ગામ ને ગુજરાત ગા�ડ�યન ક�પની વચ્ચે માગર્ પર આવેલા નાના પુિલયા પાસે પુરપાટ કાર નાના પુલની દીવાલ પર ચઢાવી દીધી હતી. કારની સ્પીડ એટલી હતી ક� રોડ સાઈડ પર બે ફૂટ �ચેની દીવાલ પર કાર એક તરફનો ભાગ ચઢી ગયો હતો. અકસ્માતના ધડાકાથી
પલસાણા: ચલથાણ ગામ �સ્થત સં�વની હો�સ્પટલ ખાતે ક�ન્સરની લાંબી બીમારીથી પીડાતા એક 42 વષ�ય આધેડનું સારવાર દરિમયાન મોત નીપજ્યું હતું. આ બનાવ અંગે કડોદરા GIDC પોલીસ સ્ટ�શનમાં અકસ્માત મોતની ન�ધ કરવામાં આવી છ�. સુરત િજલ્લાના ચોયાર્સીના સણીયા હ�માદ ખાતે જલારામ સોસાયટીમાં રહ�તા ભદ્રેશિસંહ બળવંતિસંહ લાલિસંહ મેધાત (ઉ�.વ.૪૨) વષર્-૨૦૨૨થી ક�ન્સરની બીમારીથી પીડાતા હતા. છ�લ્લા ત્રણેક �દવસથી તેમની સારવાર માટ� તેમને તેમના સાસરી પક્ષ ખરભાશી (ડાંભા), તા.પલસાણા ખાતે લાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા. તા.૧૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ની રાત્રે આશર� સાડા અિગયાર વાગ્યાના સુમાર� તેમને શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ થતાં તાત્કાિલક ખાનગી વાહનમાં ચલથાણ ગામની સં�વની હો�સ્પટલ ખાતે લાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા. હો�સ્પટલમાં ફરજ તબીબે ભદ્રેશિસંહને તપાસીને �ત �હ�ર કયાર્ હતા. પોલીસે આ અંગે કડોદરા પો.સ્ટ�.માં અ.મોતનો ગુનો ન�ધી કાયર્વાહી હાથ ધરી છ�.
કડોદ નાગ�રક સહકારી મંડળીમાં વ્ય.સિમિતની ચૂંટણી િબનહરીફ
21મી ને શુક્રવાર� સવાર� 9 કલાક� પ્રમુખ અને ઉપપ્રમુખની વરણી થશે નગરમાં િબનહરીફ ચૂંટણીની

બાબેનમાં અજાણ્યા યુવકનો �તદેહ મળી આવ્યો
બારડોલી: બાબેન ગામમાં આદશર્ પ્રાથિમક શાળાની સામે આવેલા �હ�ર શૌચાલય પાસે એક અ�ણ્યા પુ�ષનો �તદ�હ મળી આવ્યો હતો. બાબેન ગ્રામ પંચાયતમાં નોકરી કરતા સુનીલભાઈ મધુભાઈ વસાવાએ આ અંગેની �ણ બારડોલી ટાઉન પોલીસ સ્ટ�શનને કરી હતી. પોલીસને બાબેન ગામમાં આદશર્ પ્રાથિમક શાળાની સામેના ભાગે આવેલા �હ�ર શૌચાલયની પાસે એક પુ�ષનો �તદ�હ મળ્યો હતો. �તક પુ�ષની ઉ�મર આશર� ૩૦થી ૩૫ વષર્ હોવાનું અનુમાન છ�.
દેવું વધી જતાં કડોદરાના યુવક� જીવન ટ��કાવ્યું
પલસાણા: કડોદરાના શાંિતનગર, સાંઈ પેલેસ, મકાન નં.૩૦૩માં રહેતા અને મહારાષ્�ના જલગાવના પરોડા તાલુકાના ઉદીરખેડા ગામના વતની વસંત રામચન્� દેસલે (�.વ.૪૧)એ 12 નવેમ્બરે તેમના ઘરની સામે આવેલા રૂમ નં.૩૦૧ના પહેલા રૂમમાં છતની હૂક સાથે દોરી બાંધી ફાંસો ખાઈ લીધો હતો. મરણ જનાર વસંત દેસલેને ઘરની લોનના હપ્તાઓ ભરવાના હતા અને તેમણે અન્ય વ્ય�ક્તઓ પાસેથી ઉછીના રૂિપયા પણ લીધા હતા. આ નાણાકીય બોજને કારણે તેઓ કાયમ ટ�ન્શનમાં રહેતા હતા, જેને કારણે તેમણે આ અંિતમ પગલું ભયુ� હતું. આ બનાવ અંગે �તકની પત્ની સુનીતાબેન �ારા કડોદરા GIDC પોલીસ સ્ટ�શનમાં જાણ કરાઈ હતી.
ભાગનો ખુરદો બોલી ગયો
આવ્યા હતા. કાર ચાલકને ઇજા પહોંચી હોવાની િવગતો સામે
વાહન ચાલકો અને લોકો દોડી આવી રહી છ�. ચાલક નશામાં હતો ક� પછી ચાલુ કારે ઝોક� આવી જતાં કાર રોડ સાઈડ પર આવેલા નાળાની દીવાલ પર ચઢાવી દીધી છ� તે તપાસનો િવષય છ�. અકસ્માત બાદ કાર નીચે ઉતારી લેવામાં આવી હતી અને રોડ સાઈડ પર કરવામાં આવી હતી. કારનો આગળના ભાગનો ખુરદો બોલી ગયો હતો.

(ટ્રેઇની માટ�) લાયકાત ધરાવતાં ફક્ત મિહલા ઉમેદવારોને ઉપ�સ્થત રહ�વા �ણ કરવામાં આવે છ� તેમ િજલ્લા રોજગાર અિધકારી દ્વારા એક અખબારી યાદીમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
ક�કરમુંડામાં રક્તદાન ક�મ્પ યોજાયો
ક�કરમુંડા: ક�કરમુંડા ખાતે આિદવાસી યુવા સંગઠન �ારા ગતરોજ ભવ્ય રક્તદાન ક�મ્પનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. ક�મ્પમાં યુવાનો સિહત �ામજનોનો ઉમંગ જોવા મળ્યો હતો. આ ક�મ્પમાં ક�લ 67 બોટલ રક્તદાન થયું હતું.
