Notice is hereby given that the Forty Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of GRP LIMITED (the Company) will be held on Tuesday, 11th August, 2020 at 2.30 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the Ordinary and Special Business as mentioned in the Notice of the Meeting.

Notice is also given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 5th August, 2020 to Tuesday, 11th August, 2020 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM.

The Company has appointed National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) to provide VC/OAVM facility along with the e-voting facility for the AGM.

The Members are provided with the facility to cast their votes on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM using electronic voting system (remote e-voting), provided by NSDL. Members holding shares either in physical form or dematerialised form, as on cut-off date of 4th August, 2020, may opt for remote e-voting and cast their votes electronically on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM through electronic voting system of NSDL. The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote by remote e-voting or during the AGM is 4th August, 2020.

The remote e-voting period shall commence on 8th August, 2020 (10:00 am) and shall end on 10th August, 2020 (5:00 pm). The Remote e-voting module shall be disabled for voting by NSDL thereafter. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by the Member, the same cannot be changed subsequently.

However, if a person is already registered with NSDL for e-voting then existing user ID and password can be used for casting vote

The e-voting facility will also be made available during the AGM to enable the Members who have not cast their vote through remote e-voting, to exercise their voting rights. The Members who have cast their vote by remote e-voting may attend/participate in the AGM through VC / OAVM but shall not be entitled to cast their vote again during the AGM. A person whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Registerof Beneficial Owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM.

નવી િસિવલમાં જ સારવાર અપાઇ રહી છ�. તરસાડી ગામના ૪૩ વષ�ય આધેડને પણ કોરોના થયો છ�. જેની ન�ધ માંગરોળ તાલુકામાં થઇ છ�.

કરવાને બદલે પોલીસે તમામને છોડી મુકતા આશ્ચયર્

બારડોલી : બારડોલી તાલુકાના માણેકપોર ગામે સસ્તા અનાજની દુકાનમાં ચોરી કરવા ચોર આવ્યા હતા. તેઓ રા�ીના સમયે દુકાનનું તાળ�� તોડવા જતા દુકાનદાર અને રહીશો જાગી ગયા હતા. �ામજનોએ ચોરને પકડી મેથીપાક આપી પોલીસને હવાલે કયાર્ હતા.

બારડોલી તાલુકાના માણેકપોર ગામે તળાવ ફિળયામાં મહાદેવ મંિદર નજીક િદન દયાળ સસ્તા અનાજની દુકાન આવેલી છ�. રા�ે �ણ ચોરોએ આ દુકાનમાં ચોરી કરવાના ઈરાદે દુકાનના પાછળના ભાગે જઈ પરાઈ જેવા હિથયાર વડ� દુકાનનો દરવાજો તોડવા �યાસ કય� હતો. તે સમયે અવાજ આવતા દુકાનદાર ઉમેશ �કાશ િસંગને ચોર અંગે ભનક આવી ગઈ હતી. તેમણે સામે હળપિત વાસના ક�ટલા યુવાનો અને ગામના યુવાનોને જાણ કરતાં લોકોનું ટોળાએ દુકાન ફરતે ઘેરો કરતા ગામના બે ચોર

રાજુ હળપિત અને િદપો હળપિત ભાગવા જતા પકડાઈ ગયા હતા. જેમને લોકોએ મેથીપાક આપી પોલીસેને હવાલે કયાર્ હતા. જ્યારે �ીજો રિસક ધમ�શ રાઠોડ ભાગી ગયો હતો.

જેને વહેલી સવારે પોલીસે તેને પણ ઝડપી પા�ો હતો જોક� પોલીસે આરોપીઓએ અન્ય ક�ટલી જગ્યાએ ચોરી કરી તે જાણવાનો �યાસ કયાર્ િવના મા� 109ની કલમ લગાડી �ણેય ચોરોને ઘરે મોકલી આપતા પોલીસની કામગીરી શંકાના દાયરામાં આવી ગઈ છ�.

તાપીમાં રાજ્યના નાણાં સિચવ-િજલ્લાના �ભારીએ કોરોનાની �સ્થિતની મુલાકાત લીધી

તાપી િજલ્લામાં દદ�ઓ વેલ્ટીલેટર તથા ઓ�ક્સજન પર હોય તેની કોઇ માિહતી પત્રકારોને આપવામાં આવતી નથી

વ્યારા: રાજ્યના નાણાં િવભાગના સિચવ અને તાપીના �ભારી િમિલંદ તોરવણેએ રિવવારે કલેક્ટર કચેરીએ બેઠક યોજી હતી. તેમણે તાપી િજલ્લામાં કોરોનાને અટકાવવા વહીવટી તં� �ારા કરાયેલી કામગીરી, લેવામાં આવેલા િવિવધ પગલાઓ તથા આગામી આયોજન િવશે િજલ્લાના ઉચ્ચ અિધકારીઓ પાસેથી િવગતવાર જાણકારી મેળવીને જરૂરી માગર્દશર્ન પુરૂ પા�ું હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છ�. જો ક� આ સમ� કાયર્�મથી પ�કારોને બાકાત રખાયા હતા. બેઠકમાં સબંિધત અિધકારીઓએ સિચવને તાપી િજલ્લામાં કરવામાં આવી રહેલ કોરોના અંતગર્ત કોરોન્ટાઇનની વ્યવસ્થા, કોન્ટ�ક્ટ ��િસંગ, કન્ટ�ઈન્ટમેન ઝોનની �સ્થિત, કોરોના પોિઝ�ટવ ક�સો, બહારથી આવતા લોકોથી સં�મણ અટકાવવા લીધેલાં પગલાં, ડોર ટ� ડોર સવ�લન્સ, સેમ્પલ અને ટ��સ્ટ�ગની િવગતો, જાહેર સ્થળોમાં સેનેટાઈઝેશનની કામગીરી, હો�સ્પટલમાં બેડની સંખ્યા, �ાઈવેટ હો�સ્પટલમાં ઉપલબ્ધ બેડની િવગતો, વે�ન્ટલેટર તથા ઓ�ક્સજન પર રહેલા દદ�ઓની િવગતો, ચેક પોસ્ટ, ધન્વંતરી આરોગ્ય રથની કામગીરી બાબતે િવસ્�ત અહેવાલ આપી હાલની �સ્થિતથી માિહતગાર કયાર્ હોવાનું વહીવટીતં�એ જણાવ્યું છ�. તાપી િજલ્લામાં ક�ટલા દદ�ઓ વેલ્ટીલેટર તથા ઓ�ક્સજન પર છ� તેની કોઇ માિહતી પ�કારોને આપવામાં આવતી નથી.

તરસાડા : માંડવી તાલુકામાં રિવવારે વધુ ચાર વ્ય�ક્તને કોરોના થયો હતો. જેમાં માંડવી નગરમાં �ણ અને બૌધાન ગામે એક ક�સ નોંધાતા ક�લ ક�સ 64 થયા છ�.

રિવવારે માંડવી નગરમાં માછીવાડ ફિળયામાં રહેતા 69 વષર્ના આધેડને શરદી, ખાંસી, તાવ આવતાં માંડવી રેફરલ હો�સ્પટલ ખાતે તેમના સેમ્પલો લેવાયા હતા, જ્યાં �રપોટ� કોરોના પોિઝ�ટવ આવ્યો હતો. ત�ઉપરાંત માંડવીના શેતાન ફિળયામાં રહેતી 41 વષ�ય મિહલા અને 17 વષર્ના પુ�ને શરીરમાં િવકનેશ જેવા લક્ષણો દેખાતા તેમના પણ સેમ્પલો લીધા હતા. જેમનો �રપોટ� કોરોના પોિઝ�ટવ આવ્યો હતો. અને માંડવી - �કમ રોડ પર આવેલા બૌધાન ગામે રહેતા 30 વષર્ના યુવા ને તાવ આવતા બૌધાનના આરોગ્ય િવભાગે સેમ્પલો લીધા હતા. જેનો પોિઝ�ટવ આવ્યો હતો.

કોરોના સામેના મહાજંગમાં આહો�સ્પટલનો તમામ સ્ટાફ િનષ્ઠાપૂવર્ક ફરજ બ�વી રહ્યો છ� છતાં સરકાર દ્વારા કોરોના વો�રયસર્ માટ� જમવાનું બનાવતા કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરને પણ હજુ સુધી નાણાં ચૂકવાયા નથી. જેથી ફરજ બ�વતા તબીબોથી લઈ �સ્વપર સુધીના તમામ સ્ટાફ માટ� જમવાનું બનાવવા માટ� પણ ફાંફા પડી રહ્યા છ�. જેથી આ મામલે જુલાઈના પ્રથમ સપ્તાહમાં જયાબેન મોદી હો�સ્પટલના ટ્રસ્ટીએ ગુજરાતના નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી નીિતનભાઈ પટ�લને મળીને રજૂઆત કરી હતી. જેથી અંકલેશ્વરની કોિવડ હો�સ્પટલની તિબયત બગડે તેવી સંભાવના છ�.

હથોડા: જુના કોસંબામાં વાવની સામે ભરચક રહેણાંક િવસ્તારમાં તં� �ારા બનાવાયેલી કચરાની પાકી ક��ડીમાં લોકો ગંદો �ઠવાડ કચરો નાખે છ� તેની િનયિમત સાફ સફાઈ કરવામાં નહીં આવતા અને વરસાદનું પાણી પડતાં આ કચરો સડી જતાં નાક ફાટી જાય તેવી દુગ�ધ આવે છ�. આ બાબતે કોસંબાના જા�ત નાગ�રક યુનુસભાઇ ભોલાતે કોસંબા �ામ પંચાયત કચેરીમાં ફ�રયાદ કરતાં જણાવ્યું છ� ક� આ ક��ડીની તાત્કાિલક સફાઈ અને દવાનો છ�ટકાવ નહીં કરાશે તો, કોરોના સાતે અન્ય ગંભીર િબમારીઓ ફ�લાશે.

ભરૂચ: આમોદ તાલુકાના માતર ગામે રહેતા બચુભાઇ બળવંત રબારી પોતાના પશુઓને લઈને ચારો ચરાવવા માટ� ગયા હતા. જ્યાં જમીનની નજીક રહેલા જીવંત વીજ વાયરને બે ગાય તથા એક ભેંસ અડી જતા જોરદાર વીજ કરંટ લાગ્યો હતો. જેથી સ્થળ ઉપર જ આ �ણેય પશુના મોત થતા પશુપાલક� રોજીરોટી છીનવાઈ ગઈ છ�.વીજ ક�પનીની લાપરવાહી સામે પશુપાલકોમાં રોષ જોવા મળ્યો હતો. આમોદ પોલીસે ઘટના સ્થળ� પહોંચી તપાસ હાથ ધરી હતી.

તાપી િજલ્લાના ૧૮ ગુનાઓમાં વોન્ટ�ડ આરોપી ઝડપાયો

ચેકપોસ્ટ પાસેથી ઝડપી પા�ો હતો. આ આરોપી સોનગઢ પોલીસ સ્ટ�શનના દારૂના ગુનામાં સંડોવાયેલો છ�. હાલ કોટ�નાં આદેશ મુજબ આરોપીની ધરપકડ કરતા પહેલા કોરોના �રપોટ� મેળવવાની �િ�યા શરૂ કરી છ�.

સોનગઢમાં �કની અડફ�ટ� બુલેટ ચાલકનું મોત

વ્યારા: સોનગઢમાં સુરત- ધુિલયા રોડ પર સોનારપાડા ગામની સીમમાં બુલેટ નં.જીજે- ૦૫-એલઆર-૨૧૯૯ અને �ક નં.એમએચ-૧૮-ડીએ-૮૧૫૫ વચ્ચે ગમખ્વાર અકસ્માત સજાર્યો હતો. જેમાં બુલેટ ચાલક દેવલભાઇ કીરીટભાઇ પટ�લ (ઉ.વ.૩૬ રહે. ઘર નં.એ/૪૮, અિભરામ નગર, શાસ્�ી રોડ, બારડોલી જી.સુરત)નું કરૂણ મોત િનપજ્યું હતું. �ક ચાલક ભાગી છ��ો હતો, પોલીસે તેના િવરૂધ્ધ ગુનો નોંધી વધુમાં તપાસ હાથ ધરી છ�.

દેરોદ ગામ પાસે અજાણ્યા વાહન અડફટ� આધેડનું મોત

કામરેજ: કામરેજ તાલુકાના દેરોદથી ડ��ગરા જતા રોડ પર શિનવારે દેરોદમાં રહેતા અરિવંદભાઈ િવરમભાઈ વસાવા (ઉ.47)ને સાંજના 4.30 વાગ્યે અજાણ્યા વાહનના ચાલક� અડફટમાં લેતા ગંભીર ઈજા થતાં સામુિહક આરોગ્ય ક�ન્�માં લઈ જવાયા હતા. ત્યાં તેમનું મોત નીપજ્યું હતું. આ ઘટના અંગે કામરેજ પોલીસે અકસ્માત કરનાર અજાણ્યા વાહનચાલક સામે ફ�રયાદ નોંધી હતી.

અરગામામાં પ�રણીતાની આત્મહત્યામાં સાસ�રયા સામે ફ�રયાદ

ભરૂચ: વાગરા તાલુકાના અરગામાં ગામમાં પ�રણીતાએ આત્મહત્યા સાસરીવાળાના માનિસક �ાસથી ક�ટાળી કરી હોવાની ફ�રયાદ િપયરપક્ષે નોંધાવી હતી. સુરત રહેતા ઈલ્યાસ પટ�લે નોંધાવેલી ફ�રયાદમાં જણાવ્યું છ� ક�, નાઇમ પટ�લ અને તેના પ�રવારજનોના �ાસથી ક�ટાળી અફસાનાબાનુંએ આત્મહત્યા કરી હોવાની આશંકા છ�, જેથી આ મામલે વાગરા પોલીસે વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છ�.

સીંગલખાંચ ગામે તાપી નદીમાં ડ�બી જવાથી યુવકનું મોત

સુરત: સોનગઢ તાલુકાનાં સીંગલખાંચ ગામે મંિદર ફિળયામાં રહેતા 50 વષર્ના ઈ�રભાઈ સુરજીભાઈ પાડવીનો 24 વષર્નો દીકરો રાજેશભાઇ તા.૧૬મી જુલાઇનાં રોજ બપોરે ૨:૩૦ વાગ્યાનાં અરસામાં સીંગલખાચ ગામની સીમમાં તાપી નદીનાં પાણીમાં એકલો ન્હાવા જતા �ડા પાણીમાં તણાઇ ડ�બી જવાથી તેનું કરૂણ મોત િનપજ્યું હતું.

નંદુરબારમાં કોરોનાના 9 ક�સ: બેનાં મોત

વ્યારા: નંદુરબાર િજલ્લામાં કોરોનાના વધુ 9 ક�સો નોંધાયા હતા તેમજ શહાદાનાં એક 72 વિષર્ય પુરૂષનું અવસાન થયું છ�. તેઓ મુંબઈમાં સારવાર લેવાં માટ� ગયાં હતાં ત્યારે તેઓને ચેપ લાગ્યો હતો. 18મી જુલાઈએ તેઓ નંદુરબાર હો�સ્પટલમાં દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતાં. મ�ચ્છબજાર નંદુરબારમાં 28 વિષર્ય પુરૂષ, સંભાજીનગર શહાદામાં 55 વિષર્ય મિહલા, ગાંધીનગર નંદુરબાર માં 42 વિષર્ય પુરૂષ, નારાયણપુર રોડ નવાપુરમાં 72 પુરૂષ (જેનું 18 જુલાઈના રોજ અવસાન થયું છ�), બીજા કોરાના પોિઝ�ટવ આવેલા દદ�ઓમાં જુની મહાદેવ ગલ્લી નવાપુરમાં 54 વિષર્ય પુરૂષ, �તાપપુર તા.નવાપુર માં 62 વિષર્ય પુરૂષ, ચૌધરી સ્�ીટ નંદુરબારમાં 80 વિષર્ય પુરૂષ, 55 વિષર્ય મિહલા તેમજ જ્ઞાનદીપ સોસા. નંદુરબારમાં 44 વિષર્ય પુરૂષનો સમાવેશ થાય છ�.
