Notice of Changes of interests of Substantial Holder – Correction
On 30 September 2010, Growthpoint Properties Australia received a “Notice of Changes of Interests of Substantial Holder” form from Growthpoint Properties Limited of South Africa ( “GRT” ) which noted that GRT had acquired an interest in an additional 22,261,907 stapled securities in Growthpoint Properties Australia through Growthpoint Properties Australia’s 2010 rights issue taking GRT’s total interest in Growthpoint Properties Australia to 143,854,929 stapled securities and its voting power to 67.61%. These figures should have been, respectively, 22,299,053 (additional stapled securities), 143,892,075 (total stapled securities) and 67.63% (voting power).
GRT has discovered the previous form was incorrect and has lodged a new and corrected “Notice of Changes of Interests of Substantial Holder” form which is attached.
