TAKEOVER BID FOR GPT METRO OFFICE FUND DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE AND TOP 20 HOLDERS

Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited as responsible entity for Growthpoint Properties Australia Trust notes that its off-market takeover bid for GPT Metro Office Fund closed on 23 September 2016.
