Growthpoint completes acquisition of Rabinov Property Trust

Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited as responsible entity for Growthpoint Properties Australia Trust is pleased to announce that it has completed the compulsory acquisition of units in the Rabinov Property Trust and now holds 100% of units.

To the extent not already done, Growthpoint securities will be issued to the Rabinov Property Trust unitholders subject to the compulsory acquisition process upon such unitholders returning the claim forms previously despatched.
