UPDATE ON APN INDUSTRIA REIT (“ADI”) INTEREST

Growthpoint Properties Australia (“ Growthpoint ”) provides the following update regarding its 18.2% interest in ADI.

Having received inbound enquiry, Growthpoint explored a potential divestment of its interest in ADI; however, no transaction is expected to proceed at this time.

Growthpoint continues to view its interest in ADI as a quality standalone investment with an attractive distribution yield.
