ACQUISITION OF A SIX LEVEL A-GRADE OFFICE BUILDING AT 255 LONDON CIRCUIT, CANBERRA COMPLETED
Further to its announcement on 26 November 2015, Growthpoint Properties Australia (“ Growthpoint ”) is pleased to advise that settlement of the contract of sale for the acquisition of a six level A-grade office building at 255, London Circuit, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory completed today.
Growthpoint’s Managing Director, Timothy Collyer, commented -
“Growthpoint has continued to expand its high quality office property portfolio, which now totals 19 properties with an aggregate value of $1.3 billion, with the acquisition of this modern office property, leased to the Australian Federal Government, being well located in the Canberra’s Central Business District, Australian Capital Territory.
