ACQUISITION OF A SIX LEVEL A-GRADE OFFICE BUILDING AT 255 LONDON CIRCUIT, CANBERRA COMPLETED

Further to its announcement on 26 November 2015, Growthpoint Properties Australia (“ Growthpoint ”) is pleased to advise that settlement of the contract of sale for the acquisition of a six level A-grade office building at 255, London Circuit, Canberra, Australian Capital Territory completed today.
