Reminder of closing date for the Minority Facility

Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited as responsible entity for Growthpoint Properties Australia Trust ( Growthpoint ) reminds Growthpoint security holders that the deadline for participating in the Minority Facility is 5.00pm on Friday, 21 October 2016 (Melbourne time).

In summary, under the Minority Facility, eligible holders of Growthpoint securities have the opportunity to acquire additional Growthpoint securities at a price of $3.15 per Growthpoint security.
