Despatch of Entitlement and Acceptance Forms and Rights Offer Booklets

Further to the ASX announcement of 20 December 2011 titled “$289.5 million property portfolio acquisition and associated equity raising”, Growthpoint Properties Australia confirms that despatch of Entitlement and Acceptance Forms and Rights Offer Booklets has occurred.

A sample Entitlement and Acceptance Form appears on the following pages of this ASX announcement.

The Rights Offer Booklet was released to the ASX on 20 December 2011.

The Rights Offer closes at 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 19 January 2012. Applications and associated application moneys must be received prior to this time.
