$102.6 MILLION UNDERWRITTEN RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS OFFER
Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited (“Growthpoint”) confirms, in relation to the Rights Offer announced today, that:
-
holding statements will be dispatched to successful applicants under the Rights Offer on Tuesday, 26 July 2011; and
-
normal trading in stapled securities issued under the Rights Offer will commence on Wednesday, 27 July 2011.
Further details in relation to the Rights Offer will be provided to Growthpoint securityholders in the Rights Offer booklet.
