Growthpoint Properties Australia 2021 Annual General Meeting
Growthpoint Properties Australia (Growthpoint) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited and a meeting of the unitholders of Growthpoint Properties Australia Trust (together, the AGM) will be held concurrently on Monday, 22 November 2021 at 4:30pm (AEDT).
Due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting via an online platform. Information on how to participate in the AGM will be available in our Notice of Meeting and on our website www.growthpoint.com.au/AGM on around 18 October 2021.
