Announcement under art. 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Rules: change in relevant investors
Milan, 26 June, 2025 – Growens S.p.A. –GROW (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "Growens"), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, announces, according to article 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulations, that they were notified a change in the shareholding by the relevant shareholder Matteo Bettoni, whose direct and indirect ownership in Growens exceeded the regulatory 10% relevant threshold starting from 12 June, 2025.
Following the above and the allotment of the share component of the scrip dividend regulated on 12 June, 2025, Growens' capital structure is now as per the below:
