Publication of candidates lists for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors
Milan, April 21, 2026 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading facility organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, and operating in the cloud marketing technologies field, announces that, with reference to the third and fourth items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting convened for April 27, 2026 in single call, on April 20, 2026 (within statutory terms), the slates for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors were submitted.
