Notice according to art. 17 of EGM Issuers Rules: change of the specialist
Milan, 25 February, 2025 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the "Company" or the "Issuer" or "Growens"), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Issuers' Regulations, that it has entrusted the role of Specialist to BPER Banca S.p.A., effective 25 May 2025. BPER Banca S.p.A. will succeed CFO SIM S.p.A. as Specialist, with CFO SIM S.p.A. holding the position until 24 May 2025, inclusive.
The Company extend their sincere thanks to CFO SIM for the professionalism and co-operation demonstrated over the years of collaboration.
