GROUPE SFPI announces the acquisition, of the company Wo&Wo.
The company, owned by German industrial holding ADCURAM, is based in Graz and is specialized in high-end solar protection (awnings, blinds, shutters, etc.) for the Austrian, German, Swiss (DACH) and French markets.
At the end of last financial year, December, 31st 2021, Wo&Wo achieved a turnover of € 60M and employs 310 persons.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2022, subject to various closing conditions, inter alia merger control approval.
