2024 revenues of €663 million: a solid performance, despite contraction of the construction market.
SFPI GROUP will achieve consolidated revenues of €663 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, close to numbers announced last September. However, this figure is 3.8% lower than for the 2023 financial year, due to the difficulties in the construction market.

Business in the Group's Industry division remained stable in 2024, with sales of €208m (compared with €207m in 2023). The Exchangers and Sterilisers division(MMD) benefited from a strong level of activity in 2024.
Within the building division, sales are down by €27m, or -5.6%. Despite this, the DOM SECURITY division turned in a fine performance, with sales of €235m in 2024, compared with €232m (+1.3%) in 2023. This is the Group's leading division, ahead of the Windows, Blinds and Closures division (MAC), whose business was adversely affected in 2024 by the slowdown in the construction and renovation market in Europe and by wet weather. It should be noted that the end of the financial year and the beginning of 2025 saw the closure of several cases relating to the WO&WO acquisition, including the arbitration procedure initiated in 2024, which did not reach a favourable outcome.
