2023 revenues of €687 million: a 9% increase driven by organic growth and acquisitions
SFPI GROUP will achieve consolidated revenues of €687,6 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, up 9,3% compared to fiscal 2022, above previous forecast. This data is currently being audited.

Organic growth accounted for 41% of this increase in sales (€24 million), while external growth accounted for 59% (€35 million). In 2023, SFPI GROUP integrated the Italian company VIRO, acquired in March 2023, and recorded 12 months of sales for the Austrian company WO&WO, acquired in July 2022. These two integrations generated sales of €10.5 million and €45 million respectively in 2023.
