Semestrial Report S1 2022 of the liquidity agreement concluded with Gilbert Dupont stock company

Under the liquidity agreement entrusted by GROUPE SFPI to Gilbert Dupont, as at 30 june 2022, the following means were included in the liquidity account :

• Number of shares: 83 421
• Cash balance of the account of Liquidity: 154 935,06 €

During first semester 2022, the following have been negoociated :

BUY	343 533 shares	1 011 922,52 €	1 517 transactions
SELL	322 453 shares	950 176,09 €	1 456 transactions

We would like to remind you, that at the last semestrial release as at december 31st, 2021, following means were included in the liquidity account :
