Semestrial Report S2 2022 of the liquidity agreement concluded with Gilbert Dupont stock company

Under the liquidity agreement entrusted by GROUPE SFPI to Gilbert Dupont, as at 31 december 2022, the following means were included in the liquidity account :

• Number of shares: 90 839
• Cash balance of the account of Liquidity: 144 863,38 €

During second semester 2022, the following have been negoociated :

BUY	217 614 shares	497 912,40 €	627 transactions
SELL	210 196 shares	487 840,66 €	636 transactions

We would like to remind you, that at the last semestrial release as at June 30, 2022, following means were included in the liquidity account :

• Number of shares: 82 396
• Cash balance of the account of Liquidity: 157 657,72 €

At the beginning of the liquidity contrat, the following means were available:
