Semestrial Report S2 2020 of the liquidity agreement concluded with Gilbert Dupont stock company

Under the liquidity agreement entrusted by GROUPE SFPI to Gilbert Dupont, as at 31 december 2020, the following means were included in the liquidity account :

• Number of shares: 90 826
• Cash balance of the account of Liquidity: 146 100,92 €

During second semester 2020, the following have been negoociated :

BUY	404 650 shares	545 426,86 €	1 404 transactions
SELL	421 700 shares	568 961,94 €	1 503 transactions

We would like to remind you, that at the last semestrial release as at June 30, 2020, following means were included in the liquidity account :

• Number of shares: 107 876
• Cash balance of the account of Liquidity: 122 565,84 €

At the beginning of the liquidity contrat, the following means were available:
