SHARE PURCHASE PLAN UPDATE‐ POSITIVE TAKE UP
King Island Scheelite Limited (ASX: KIS, the “Company”) is pleased to advise the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) underwritten to $5.5 million subject to shareholder approval, as announced on 4 October 2021, has been strongly supported by shareholders.
Eligible Shareholders are reminded the SPP closes at 5.00pm (Sydney Time) Tuesday 9 November 2021, as per the SPP timetable shown below. The timetable is indicative only and Directors reserve the right to vary the SPP closing date at any time and strongly encourage shareholders to submit their applications prior to the closing date.
