2021 Annual General Meeting Date
On 13 August 2021, King Island Scheelite Limited (ASX: KIS) (“the Company”) announced that it expects to hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”) on or about Tuesday 28 September 2021.
The Company now anticipates that the AGM will be held late October 2021.
As is required by the ASX Listing Rules, the Company will lodge the notice of meeting as a market announcement when the notice is being distributed to the Company’s shareholders.
