Re: Immediate report

The Company is proud to announce that as of 9 September 2021, Mr. Eugene Kandel (the "Mr. Kandel") has joined the Advisory Board of R.D Levent ("Levent"), a fully owned subsidiary of the Company, which develops, markets and distributes an automated platform, enabling access to capital markets for private traders. As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Kandel shall advise Levent on business strategy issues. The Advisory Board of Levent currently consist of 4 members, which include, in addition to Mr, Kandel, Mr. Dan Cohen (the chairman of the board of directors of the Company), Mrs. Tamar Yasur and Mrs. Hanna Schindler, all having extensive experience in leading positions in local and international financial and banking corporations and institutions. The Company believes that the Advisory Board will enable to Levent to promote its business, including the promotion of Levent's relationship with its customers and strategic partners and identification of new business opportunities.
