I, Luke van der Meer, do hereby consent to the public filing of technical report entitled "NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT On the HOOK BAY PROPERTY VANCOUVER ISLAND, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA" with the effective date 18th November 2020 (the "Technical Report") by Canadian International Pharma Corp. (the "Issuer"), with the TSX Venture Exchange under its applicable policies and forms in connection with the option agreement to be entered into by the Issuer and I acknowledge that the Technical Report will become part of the Issuer's public record.
