VAR Resources Corp. Announces changes to Directors and Officers

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 19, 2021 – VAR Resources Corp. (the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dylan Berg as chief executive officer and director of the Company and the appointment of Ron Schmitz as chief financial officer and corporate secretary effective March 19, 2021. Ron Schmitz is currently a director of the Company.

Mr. Berg has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and investor relations, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Berg held roles in corporate development, business development and investor relations, for both public and private companies.

Effective March 19, 2021, Douglas L. Mason resigned as chief executive officer and director of the Company and Andrzej Kowalski has resigned as chief financial officer.

The Board of Directors would like to thank both Mr. Mason and Mr. Kowalski for their valuable contributions and wish them much success in future endeavours.
