This is to inform you that in compliance with Regulation 24 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors’ of GRM Foodkraft Private Limited, the material unlisted subsidiary of the Company at their meeting held on 01[st] May, 2023 has approved the appointment of Dr. Anurag Tewari and Mr. Tarun Singh as Additional Director in the category of Non -Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1[st] May, 2023 for a period 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Pant Univ. of Agri. & Tech., Pant Nagar, Uttarakhand and also holds a Ph.D. (Plant Tissue Culture) from Kumaun University, Nainital, Uttarakhand in 1997	Mr. Tarun Singh is a seasoned Techno Commercial-Business HR professional with over 10 years of multi-cultural experience across industries and geographies. He has been associated with multiple professional bodies and management institutes, and has been awarded in various forums. He also holds a BA.LL.B (Post- Graduation in Law specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Tarun Singh is currently with Singh Associates Legal Consultants LLP as Senior Partner where he is leading the business development vertical.
