Change to Accounting Reference Date

GRIT Investment Trust Plc (LSE: GRIT) announces its intentions to change the accounting reference date of the Company from 31 December to 31 March.

The previous full year accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 were published on 28 April 2023. The Company's previous half-year results for the period ended 30 June 2023 were published on 19 September 2023.

Under LR9.6.21, because the effect of the change in the accounting reference date is to extend the accounting period to more than 14 months, an interim report will also be published.

The upcoming full year accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 will be published no later than by 31 July 2024.
