GRIT Investment Trust Plc (LSE: GRIT) is pleased to announce the appointment of RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPG") as the Company's auditors with immediate effect. The appointment of RPG is subject to approval by the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

PKF Littlejohn LLP, the Company's previous auditors have resigned and have confirmed there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
