Further to our letters dated May 6, 2022 and May 13, 2022, we would like to submit that Grindwell Norton Limited (“Company”) concluded the acquisition process of PRS Permacel Private Limited (“Permacel”) at a Net consideration of Rs. 1211 million as of May 27, 2022.

With this acquisition, the Permacel becomes a 100% subsidiary of the Company effective May 27 2022.
