Grieg Seafood ASA: Sale of shares in SalmoBreed completed

The sale of Grieg Seafood's shares in SalmoBreed, according to stock exchange

notification dated 21 November 2014, was today completed. Grieg Seafood's shares

in SalmoBreed were sold for MNOK 69.3. A profit before tax of MNOK 60.8 will be

accounted for in the 4th quarter of 2014.
