by Per Grieg jr. and family) sold 1,000,000 shares in Grieg Seafood ASA on 11

March 2014, at closing price on Oslo Stock Exchange on 11 March 2014 NOK 22.80

per share, to the company Kvasshøgdi AS, org. no. 989 218 247 (owned by Per

Grieg jr. and family).

Ystholmen AS' total shareholding in Grieg Seafood ASA after the transaction is

2.868.197. Kvasshøgdi AS' total shareholding in Grieg Seafood ASA after the

acquisition is 1,000,000.

Per Grieg jr. is the chairman of the board in both Ystholmen AS, Kvasshøgdi AS

and Grieg Seafood ASA.
