Information to bondholders – Merging of Temporary Bonds into (ordinary) Bonds

Nordic Trustee AS acts as bond trustee (the "Bond Trustee") for the holders of bonds in the abovementioned bond issue (the "Bond Issue") issued by Grieg Seafood ASA (the "Issuer").

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the bond terms for ISIN NO0010885007 as amended from time to time.

On 4 December 2020, the Issuer issued Additional Bonds under the Bond Terms. As the Bonds are listed on the Exchange the Additional Bonds were issued as Temporary Bonds under a separate ISIN (NO0010908858).

On 10 December 2020, the Bond Trustee received confirmation that the prospectus in respect of the Temporary Bonds have been approved and the Temporary Bonds will thus be converted into the ISIN for the Bonds issued on the Issue Date (NO0010885007) as follows:

Record Date: 14 December 2020 Settlement Date of Merger: 16 December 2020
