On August 3, 2023, Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the Partnership’s press release announcing these financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference into this report.
