AGM Statement and Notice of Results

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 am today at the offices of Blake Morgan at 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3DJ.

At the meeting, the following statement will be made by Gresham's Chair, Peter Simmonds, on behalf of the Company:

"I am pleased to report that the Company has made a positive start to the year. Three new clients have been signed since the publication of our full year results in March, and there is potential for additional new wins in H1. There has also been good progress against contractual milestones in two key accounts leading to incremental ARR.

Whilst the macro environment does present some challenges for the financial sector, overall these pressures continue to result in greater regulation, compliance and board oversight of risk and liquidity management which all continue to drive demand in the mid-term for our control and automation solutions.

The Company benefits from good visibility of FY23 revenues and a solid pipeline of opportunities for the second half of the year and beyond, giving us confidence in our investment plans and the execution of our growth strategy. The Board remains confident in the year ahead and looks forward to providing an update at the time of our interim results in July 2023."

Notice of Results

The Group expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on 26 July 2023. Further details regarding presentations for investors and analysts will be announced in due course.
