Investor Presentation

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Group", "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, announces it will be hosting live analyst and retail investor presentations relating to the Company's interim results for the half year ended 30 June 2022 ("H122") on Tuesday, 26 July 2022.

Interim results analyst presentation

Gresham's CEO, Ian Manocha and CFO, Tom Mullan will be hosting an analyst presentation on 26 July at 09:30 BST; analysts are invited to register by emailing  greshamtech@almapr.co.uk.

Investor presentation

The management team will also be hosting a live investor presentation, via the Investor Meet Company platform, on 26 July 2022 at 14:00 BST.

The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 09.00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
