CTC contract wins

Gresham, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control software to the global matching and reconciliation market, is pleased to announce the following CTC contract wins.

·      One of the world's leading clearers of derivatives, cash securities, OTCs and other financial instruments has contracted with Gresham to deploy CTC for real-time matching and reconciliation of exchange traded derivatives and intersystem transactions.  This win adds a further key account to our customer list; and

·      One of the world's leading legal services businesses has contracted to use CTC for the matching and reconciliation of their Oracle record of payment transactions with third party statements from around the world.

In addition, a buy-side financial services house specialising in Investment Management, Securities Lending, Principal and Agency Brokerage services has contracted to use CTC for matching and reconciling broker fees, cash allocation and bank reconciliations.  A non-regulatory RNS-Reach news article was issued on 4 November 2014 concerning this win.
