Notice of Annual General Meeting

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting 2018 will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Thursday 10 May 2018 at 11.00 a.m.

The Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are today being posted to shareholders. Electronic copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.greshamtech.com/investors.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
