CTC Significant Contract Win

Gresham Computing plc, the specialist provider of software based solutions that enable customers to achieve real-time financial certainty in transaction and cash management, is pleased to announce the following significant contact win.

The Board is pleased to announce that a major Tier 1 investment bank (the "Bank") has contracted with Gresham to deploy CTC as the technology of choice for intersystem matching and reconciliation globally.  This contract is expected to generate revenues of approximately £3m over the next 5 years.

Chris Errington, CEO of Gresham, commented:
