Board changes - CFO succession

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, announces that Rob Grubb, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board that he plans to leave the Company in the first quarter of 2018 to take a career break and to pursue other opportunities.

Rob Grubb joined Gresham in March 2009 and was appointed CFO in 2010. A transition plan is in place and the Company expects that Rob Grubb will continue in his role as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer until the release of the Annual Financial Results in March 2018, at which time Rob Grubb will leave the Company. An external search for a successor has now commenced and further announcements will follow at the appropriate time.
