Board Change 

Gresham, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control software to the global matching and reconciliation market, announces the following board change.

Hamish Purdey has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 26 January 2015 in order to concentrate on his new role as Chief Executive Officer of Intelliflo, a leading provider of web based business management software to the financial services industry.

The Company intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in due course.
