AGM Change of Location

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement on 2 April 2020, the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will now take place at the Company's registered office at Aldermary House, 10 - 15 Queen Street, London EC4N 1TX at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 14 May 2020.

The Company also reiterates, as per the announcement on 2 April 2020, that in light of the current COVID-19  situation and related legal and other requirements of governmental authorities, we are requiring that shareholders do not attend in person but instead appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy (either electronically or by post) with their voting instructions. Shareholders should also bear in mind that if they, or any alternative proxy, travel to attend the meeting in person, they would be denied entry based on prevailing circumstances.
