Gresham is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 11.00 a.m. today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 24 March 2015 were passed by a show of hands.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the Annual General Meeting will be available on Gresham's website www.gresham-computing.com shortly.

In accordance with the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
