The Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Thursday 7 May 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

The Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2014, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today and electronic copies will shortly be available on the Company's website (http://www.gresham-computing.com).

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
