Result of AGM

Gresham Computing plc, the specialist provider of software based solutions that enable customers to achieve real-time financial certainty in transaction and cash management, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 11.00 a.m. today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 26 March 2013 were passed by a show of hands.

The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the Annual General Meeting will be available on Gresham's website www.gresham-computing.com shortly. 

In accordance with the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for viewing at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
