Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 PLC ("Gresham House VCT 1" or the "Company"), a fund investing in a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Hunter as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 18 September 2019. David has also been appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee.

David Hunter qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC before joining 3i, the FT100 listed private equity group where he became Managing Director of Investment Management responsible for the entire UK portfolio of assets.
