The Company announces that John Leggate, Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 3 March 2020, has been allotted 13,875 ordinary shares at a price of 104 pence per share under the Placing announced on 17 February 2020.

In total John Leggate will be interested in 18,875 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0059% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital following admission.
