Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LSE: GRID) announces that John Stephen Leggate, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 13 November 2018, has been allotted 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 100 pence per share under the Initial Public Offering announced on 9 November 2018.

In total John Stephen Leggate will be interested in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital following admission.
