Board and Committee membership update
The Board of Directors of Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc, the UK's largest fund investing in utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), is pleased to provide an update on the Company's Committee membership, in accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, as follows:
· David Stevenson has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director for the Company with effect from 18 November 2021.
· Cathy Pitt replaces John Leggate as the Chair of the Management Engagement Committee with effect from 18 November 2021. John will continue to serve as a member of the Management Engagement Committee.
