GRENKELEASING AG converts to registered shares
Baden-Baden, July 10, 2015: As per July 13, 2015, GRENKELEASING AG – ISIN DE0005865901 (old) – ISIN DE000A161N30 (new) – will convert its outstanding shares of presently 14,754,199 bearer shares into registered shares at a ratio of 1:1.
The custody account and stock exchange conversion of the bearer shares into registered shares will take place on Friday, July 10, 2015, after the stock market’s close. The reposting of the shareholdings by the custody banks will take place automatically and is free of charge to shareholders. The conversion will not change the legal status of the shareholders if they are listed in the share register. The shareholders’ ownership in the company also remains unchanged as do the rights related to their shareholdings.
This conversion is another step in GRENKELEASING AG’s international orientation. The conversion will also facilitate more reliable, transparent and open corporate communication with investors and make it easier for shareholders to register for Annual General Meetings.
As part of the conversion, the domestic and international securities identification numbers (WKN or ISIN) will change to A161N3 and DE000A161N30, respectively. The ticker symbol will remain as GLJ.
