GRENKELEASING places additional Euro Bond

The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Baden-Baden, March 15, 2005: on March 11, 2005, GRENKELEASING placed a five- year, floating-rate bond for EUR 100 million with institutional investors. The bond will be listed on the Luxembourg Exchange and on the Frankfurt kerb market. It was arranged by HSBC and WestLB as Joint Bookrunner. The financial borrowing is part of the existing Debt Issuance Programme for EUR 500 million which has been in place since October 2003 and serves to refinance existing liabilities. The rating agency Standard & Poor’s gives the company a credit rating of BBB+. A few words about GRENKELEASING AG The company has operations in 13 European countries.
